Today I bring some good news about the progress of the project and the Premium Print 'N Play.
BackerKit
First off, thank you to everyone who has completed your BackerKit and confirmed your pledge for Tiny Epic Vikings already. If you have not confirmed your pledge, don't worry, there is still time.
If you would like to add on Tiny Epic Vikings neoprene playmats or previous Tiny Epic titles to your pledge, we ask that you do that before August 19th.
If you haven't received your BackerKit invitation via email or are having any other issue with confirming your pledge, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can assist.

Progress Report
Great news everyone, the project is moving along nicely! We have completed our internal files review and have sent everything to our manufacturer.
The next step is to review and approve digital proofs of the files that our manufacturer will provide and to approve component samples.
We expect to receive all component samples within the next couple of weeks and will be able to share photos of them in our next update.
The Premium Print 'N Play is complete and delivered!
For those eager to print the game out and give it go, we're excited to say that the Premium Print 'N Play files are ready! I have sent a personal message via Kickstarter or email to each backer who has pledged to receive the Premium Print 'N Print.
Files are formatted for US Letter, US Tabloid, UK.A3 and UK.A4. Two layout options exist as well. These different versions all contain the same content. Feel free to use the version that best suits your needs.
There is also a Printing Instructions file that you can review for assistance.
Lastly, you can also find the Tiny Epic Vikings rulebook files within the Print 'N Play folder.

BackerKit Survey
We have teamed up with the kind people over at BackerKit to send you an extremely simple survey in order to collect the info we need to fulfill your rewards. You should expect to receive the invitation today, June14th, or tomorrow (as it can take up to 24 hours for the email to arrive). The entire process should only take a couple minutes to complete.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you'd like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

How can I review my pledge status?
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://tiny-epic-vikings.backerkit.com.
How can I find my survey email?
The personalized link was emailed to the address that you provided when making your pledge. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you have lost your survey email, you can submit your email address using this retrieve tool: https://tiny-epic-vikings.backerkit.com

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your address at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts for Tiny Epic Vikings fulfillment.
What Add-On items will be available?
We will be offering some awesome add-ons to enhance your Tiny Epic Vikings game! As well as additional copies of Tiny Epic Vikings and the Ragnarokexpansion.
Tiny Epic Vikings Playmats
Game Area Neoprene Playmat
This 24x14 inch neoprene playmat offers areas for the game board, the favor cards, the god mats, the era mat, the favor card being battled for, invaders, the Viking deck and a discard pile!
Player Area Neoprene Playmats
This 4 pack of 9.75 x 8.75 inch neoprene playmats replaces the need for the player's Clan Mats AND Valkyrie Mats from the Ragnarok expansion. It also provides an area for the Leader Row where Viking Cards will be played, an area to keep your Villages and Cairn tokens (from the Shamans deluxe content), and reminders of the point values for Runes and Giants!

Additionally, will be offering all Tiny Epic games, in their deluxe form including previous campaign stretch goals, as well accessories for each Tiny Epic game. Some titles are out of stock but are available for pre-order.

Dragon Land
One game in particular that we'd like to highlight is the Reiner Knizia classic Dragon Land that we restored and released in 2020! Dragon Land is great for the entire family! And, we're offering a one time special of 50% of Dragon Land through this pledge manager! Don't miss out!
Adventure in Dragon Land! The dragons store their treasure in the numerous volcanoes, but their treasure is in danger because the volcanoes will soon erupt! To save the treasure, the dragons have asked the dwarves, elves, humans, and magicians for help. Each group competes with the others to be the most successful at gathering treasure for the dragons.
When will Add-On items be shipped?
In the description of each item will be an estimated shipping time for that item. Most of the Deluxe Tiny Epic games are in stock and will ship within 45 days.
When will the Add-On section close?
The deadline for adding items in BackerKit is August 19th, 2022. After that, the add-ons section will close.

I hope you've all been well and playing lots of great games!
Today, I bring the great news that things are moving along very nicely with the files and we are getting ready to submit them for production review. I'd like to share the progress of a couple things and also share with you the rulebook in case you'd like to provide feedback before we go to print.
Premium Print & Play
Just wanted to drop a quick note that we are on track for an on- time July release of the Print and Play files.
BackerKit Pledge Manager
We will be using BackerKit as our pledge manager for this project and we will sending out email invites this week! BackerKit is how we will collect shipping data to send you your reward, so it is very important that you monitor your account for the email you have associated with Kickstarter. Look for another update from us that will provide additional information on how to be set up to redeem your rewards .
Rulebook:How YOU can help!
It has become our tradition to include a "public" round of editing for our games, it has proven to be very helpful in achieving a well vetted set of rules. We put the rules through our internal editors and then to our backers for one last check before going to print. This is where YOU come in!

Solo Playthrough Video + Dized App + Post Campaign

We've made it to the end and what amazing support you've all shown for this project!
I can speak for Scott Almes and our entire team when I say we are incredibly grateful for your involvement, feedback, and continued support of the Tiny Epic series.
Gamelyn Games is a very small team (4 employees + amazingly talented contributors) and Kickstarter is our #1 source of revenue. The funding we receive on Kickstarter is what allows us to continue our passion of making games. So thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for choosing to support us on Kickstarter.
SOLO Playthrough Video
We were able to complete our solo playthrough video a little ahead of schedule. We appreciate everyone's patience who have been waiting to see the solo content in action. As with all player counts, we are still applying final development touches to the game and we are committed to providing a well tested and meaningful play experience at all player counts. Dized Tutorial App
We're excited to announce that we will be working with Dized to have a companion tutorial created for Tiny Epic Vikings! If you are familiar with Dized, you know how amazing and helpful their tutorials are!
You really can skip the rulebook and play the game right out of the box, learning while you play.
Hiring Dized and having this tutorial made is part of our commitment to quality.
We got a Dized Tutorial for Tiny Epic Pirates and it got really good feedback from our players. However, many players had already learned the game before the tutorial came out and we were curious what the feedback would be like for a new title. We tried this with Tiny Epic Dungeons and it got an overwhelmingly positive reception. Dized made the learning and gaming experience really immersive! We've been so impressed that we're committed to have a Dized tutorial created for all of our Tiny Epic games!
With great success, comes great responsibility.
The project may be ending in a few hours but our work is far from over. We have a great responsibility to all of you to deliver a well developed game in a timely fashion and that is exactly what we are going to do!
Post Campaign
After the project ends, we will post an update that will detail how we will proceed with collecting your shipping data for fulfillment using BackerKit as our pledge manager. We will also be keeping you up to date with the progress we are making with production. We'll share photos and unboxings and vessel tracking when the games are on the water. We are committed to providing monthly updates until you have your rewards in hand.

So what happens next!?
You all get to relax now... but keep an eye out for an email from BackerKit in about 2 weeks. Following the instructions in that email is a critical step in completing your pledge and receiving your rewards.
As for us, well... we have a lot of work ahead us! Though, when you love your work as much as we do, it really just feels like play. At this point, we will continue wrapping up pre-production, then enter mass production, then deliver you an awesome game! I will be keeping you in the loop each step of the way.
What is BackerKit?
It is a pledge management system, hosted on https://www.backerkit.com/, that helps us collect shipping data from our backers for project fulfillment. The process simulates a 'check-out' process. You will have your profile imported from Kickstarter with your pledged total and selected reward tier. You simply enter your address and complete the check-out. During the check out, you may ADD additional products if you'd like, or if you already added extra funds, then you can select which items to allocate that money towards. You may also visit your profile later to change your address if needed.
When will BackerKit pledge manager be accessible to backers?
Our goal is to have it ready in about 2 weeks. Our target date is June 13th. Make sure that the email on your Kickstarter profile is accurate, and that you monitor your junk/promotions inboxes to be assured that you don't miss the email.
Premium Print 'N Play
Once all the files are finalized we will assemble the Premium Print 'N Play and email all eligible backers a link to the files. These are private files, so please do not share them. The ETA for the Premium Print 'N Play is July 2022.
Project Updates
Though the campaigning is done, we still have a lot of very important updates to come. So please stay tuned and check in on this project frequently. I will be posting regular updates, once a month, keeping you all informed and involved in the process. We will still be reading comments and checking our messages daily.
